We are proud to be part of another exciting project for Woodside Homes! In January, Woodside closed on Village at Thunderbird. They purchased this property from University Realty/TSGM. The property is located on 59th Ave. & Greenway Road in Glendale, Arizona. The development will consist of 212 single family residential lots and is part of the larger redevelopment plan for the former home of the Thunderbird School of Global Management (TSGM). Other uses in the masterplan include Arizona Christian University, a YMCA facility, and a planned multi-family community by PB Bell.
Sandbox was hired by Woodside Homes to provide due diligence and entitlement support services and is now acting as construction manager for land development. The team has been working hard to continue the momentum and ensure that the project is delivered on schedule. Demo is complete and mass grading is underway. Woodside expects to open for sale in early 2022.
