We would like to congratulate our client Woodside Homes on the closing of another great project. Last week, Woodside closed on the first phase of North Creek. The site is located at SEC of Germann Rd. and
Meridian Rd. in the rapidly growing Town of Queen Creek, AZ. North Creek will consist of 732 single
family residential lots and will include 3 different product series and extensive community amenities
such as community park with pool, pickleball, basketball, cornhole, playgrounds and lots of shade.
Additional pocket parks are located throughout the community and are connected with pedestrian
trials.
Within 48 hours of closing, we had grading crews mobilized and Sandbox has been working hard to
continue the momentum and ensure project is delivered on schedule. We want to recognize the design
team at EPS who provided Land Planning, Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture. Rummel
Construction is performing the grading work and Team Fishel will start on wet utilities soon. Woodside
expects to open for sale in early 2023.
