Isola Elliot will feature 298 rental units in a mix of urban one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Community features include:

As a result, the development features a cohesive design style that’s compatible with the Laveen area. Each structure—including individual dwellings, the clubhouse, leasing office, and garages—feature architectural details and embellishments that are reminiscent of the agricultural heritage of Laveen. These include decorative corbels, board and batten siding, wood fascia, window trim, and flat tile roofing.
The project site is ideally located near the brand-new Loop 202 South Mountain Freeway. Close proximity to the development ensures the free flow of traffic along the transportation corridor. In addition, pedestrian connections between the Isola Elliot development and nearby commercial centers will allow easy, safe access so that residents can enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Sustainability and environmental impact is always front of mind here at Sandbox Development. As a leader in sustainable building, Isola Communities’ new development will include eco-friendly features that benefit residents and the environment. Each unit will have energy-efficient features and smart technology, with EV charging capabilities in garages.
