Sandbox was hired as the Construction Manager on behalf of Crown West Realty / Voyager Investments to develop this 418-lot community and the accompanying offsite infrastructure. There are currently five different homebuilders actively selling in the community including: KB Home, Lennar, Maracay Homes, Mattamy Homes and Taylor Morrison.
